Bangkok round 2

After feeling refreshed from an early night in our Bangkok hotel, full bellies from our breakfast buffet and a quick nap we headed to the huge ICONSIAM mall, where you can find anything and everything. High end designer shops steps away from a floating market with barbecued insects for sale. 13,000 steps, a Zara purchase or two later before heading to bed as we had a big day ahead of us tomorrow. We both had hair appointments booked, Harry for a cut and me a bouncy blow-dry and neither of us were too pleased with the results but it did in a pinch as I had left my beloved air-wrap at home and Harry didn’t want me to play barber just yet. All dolled up we headed to Nobu rooftop restaurant for a dinner, drinks and the countdown to 2026! HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone! We hope you all had a fabulous 2025 and wish you an even better 2026, we can’t wait to see you all soon. The night ended with us on a tuk-tuk home after being the last ones to leave the restaurant. New Years day was spent as it should be; not leaving the bed, missing breakfast and ordering the remaining two meals in. Season 4 of Stranger things was completed but no bookings for our next location, or a means to get there. So a last minute extra night had to be added. The next day we posted some bits we realised we didn’t need home and went to the gym! Yes! New year new us. Whilst we were feeling productive we finally got our next stop sorted so our last night in Bangkok was an early one.para​
